So we've been camped out these past few months in the Arctic Circle at our secret underground recording studio, secluded from the troubled world. Recording has been most prosperous. Our teams of engineers have been working around the clock to ensure that the recording process a smooth and successful one. We are almost done recording what is to be our newest album ever. Our Film & Photographic department has been documenting the process so far.

IN THE STUDIOOOOOOOOOOO SEPTEMBER 16th - 2009
As you may or may not know, (you probably didn't know or give a shit) we have been writing some new songs. Almost 30 song ideas in total have been written. Some songs were good, while some ideas turned out to be a complete pile of shit...oh well, it happens. We think we have weeded out all the not so great songs, which has left us with about a dozen or so rockin gems.
We plan on preserving these gems forever through the process of digital recording. Its actually really neat stuff. Through the use of some pretty advanced technology and gizmos...we can capture what each song sounds like down to the smallest detail. Amazing isn't it? And to complete this magical process of sound capturing, we'll be using what we call in the business a "sound engineer" by the name of Mike Stebe.
At the beginning of October, we will begin our trek northward to the remote areas of the artic circle to begin the recording process. It's a not so well known fact that the North Pole has some of the best natural physical properties for sound recording on the planet....

NEW SONG MAY 20th - 2009
Hello and good day... So we took a break from our busy schedule of saving the world to record a new Last Laugh song. The world may have gone to shit, but the new song is fnished! You should listen to it. The jam is up on our myspace page for all the world (including you) to hear. It's called "Catilina know what I meana?" and is one of many new songs that will eventualy be recorded and released on a compact disc (if they even still make them any more). At the rate that we're going, it might be a while until that actualy happens. Until then Les and his beard will tell you all about it below:

ANOTHER NEW WEBSITE? OCTOBER 11th - 2008
Hello and good day... So what the hell have we been up too? Well besides this new fancy website, we've been spending most of our days doing charity work like cleaning up oil spills, building hospitals for sick, making soup for soup kitchens, teaching kids to read, nursing sick endangered species back to health, putting criminals behind bars, etc.
We've been so busy making the world a better place for all of us and future generations to come, we haven't been able to write as many songs as we would like too. So to help us out we've hired some of the worlds leading scientists, chemists, mathematicians, and psychologists to help us write the next Last Laugh album. For the past 2 months they have worked non stop, 24 hours a day creating new songs. Well turns out they are horrible at writing music. They are really shitty song writers. Perhaps we should have considered this before we kidnapped them.
Turns out if you want the job done right, do it your self! So we'll be "doing it ourselves" since the asshole scientists can't do shit musically. We already have 5 new jams in the works. We'll be recording demos for them soon and will post them on myspace as soon as they're done.
Also if you would like to buy some scientists, chemists, mathematicians, or psychologists then let us know, we're well stocked. We have Russians, Chinese, Swedes, Brazilians, and many others that we don't even know where they're from.

New new new song! Turns out we still make music. There is only so many banks we can rob, liquor stores to hold up, skanks to romp before we get bored again and realize that we should write some new music, especialy since we're too lazy to tour on a regular basis. With that said, we put our new guitarist Dorian to the test to see what the kid is made of. Turns out he's made of atoms, carbon, organs, cells, ect.

PENNYWISE & STRUNG OUT 5.9.08
New song coming soon... Since Dorian joined the group we wrote a new song to pump up the volume. We're still in the middle of recording it, but smoking crack rock, gambling, robbing banks, and killing people has slowed our progress. Once it's finished we'll post it up on myspace for the world to hear.

DORIAN MARCH 19th - 2008
New shows posted and lead guitar player! Thatst right folks, we still play shows. We're even leaving town to do so. We've decided to get off our lazy asses and play some shows around our sunny state of Florida. We're teaming up with our pals ASHES IN ARLINGTION (formerly known as NEVERHOOD) and THE FLORIDA CHAINSAW EXTRAVAGANZA as well as KILLING HOPE in Orlando and KARRIGAN in Stuart. The plan is to play and party. Thrust repeat. The shows should be a good time with a nice variety of music between all the bands.
We'll be playing these shows with our new lead guitarist DORIAN. The kid rocks. Don't take our word for it, you'll have to see him kill it in action. We found him in a dumpster exchanging hand jobs for food. So we gave him some food, then he gave each of us a hand release, and then we invited him to join the band. This all happend after we parted ways with Jeff our lead guitarist since since August 2006. Jeff is an awesome guy and we wish him the best. With Dorian behind the helm, we look foward to writting some new songs and playing more shows.

KMK CLOUD 9 SEPTEMBER 13th - 2007
Check out Last Laugh on the new Kottonmouth Kings album "Cloud 9". The song "Proud to be a Stoner" features our very own Chris Ziemba and his acoustic. The Kottonmouth Kings sampled the beging riff from the Last Laugh song "At the Top". They did a killer job!
LAST LAUGH TURNS 10 AUGUST 1st - 2007
Ain't that some shit. Last Laugh from Stuart Florida has been making "music" for a god damn decade now. I remember like it was yesterday when we first started. Les and I called Matt asking him to jam and he was down. He came over to play and BOOOOM - Last Laugh was born. We were 14 year old freshman. We were stoked when we turned 16 since we had to stop bumming rides from our parents. Throughout highschool we went through several memebers including Tracey Cataldo, Nick & Chris Zangre, Brittney Fryfogle, and Michelle Martland. We played various shitty "gigs" including talent shows, school functions, parties, and a few actual shows - all with shitty equipment. The highschool years were pretty fun. It wasn't until after highschool that we met Murphy who interduced us to SRH, Kotton Mouth Kings, Suburban noize Records, and touring. From there we've been living and chasing a dream. I know that sounds cheesy, but its true. It was fun the very first time we jamed and still to this day its the funnest thing ever to be able to jam with Les, Charley, Scott, and Jeff. So yeah - 10 fucking years - go us.
INVADER? MAY 16th - 2007
So we have a name for the new cd: INVADER. Yes thats right INVADER. If you didn't catch that the first 2 times it's going to be called INVADER. What the hell does that shit mean?

We've set a date to record this INVADER thing. We'll be ivading Southern Noise Studio to lay down the 5 new songs for the cd. Why only 5 songs you ask? Because 5 new Last Laugh songs is better than no new Last Laugh songs. Exciting isn't it? We're stoked. Its been 2 years since we've been in a studio which was for the recording of No Regrets. We've got new gear, a new member, and new attitude for this next cd. So if our calculations are correct we'll have a new song to post up here on the web by July. After that we'll have a better idea when we'll be releasing INVADER in stores.
As for now we're at NASA working on the new songs. We're using all sorts of advanced gizmo things to ensure a good sound. We also have all these smart scientists doing all sorts of crazy experiments and tests on us. Its pretty cool. They give us food after the tests are finish. We were also issued some fuckin sweet space suits. They're shiny, silver, and smell after you fart in them. Check out our NASA training photos HERE.
